Sona BLW Precision Forgings, popularly known as Sona Comstar, on Tuesday announced that it has produced 500 million differential gears and 10 million differential assemblies since it was established in 1995. The two manufacturing milestones, according to the company, reflect rising customer demand for its driveline components across both electric and conventional vehicle platforms worldwide. The company's estimated global market share in differential gears reached 8.7 per cent in calendar year (CY) 2025, up from 4.5 per cent in 2019.
