Studds, through its premium brand SMK, unveiled three new helmet models at EICMA 2025: Cygnus flip-back, Delta Tour for touring, and Delta City for urban riding. India launch planned very soon.
SMK, the premium helmet brand from Studds Accessories Ltd., showcased three new models at the EICMA 2025 motorcycle show in Milan. The unveiling marks the brand's global expansion plans, with all three helmets slated for an India launch in the coming months through SMK's extensive retail network.
Studds, who claims to be the world’s largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer by volume in 2024, introduced the new range to cater to diverse riding segments. The lineup includes a sophisticated flip-up model, a touring helmet, and an urban-centric demi-jet.
Leading the series is the SMK Cygnus, a flip-up helmet featuring a 180° rotating chin bar for versatility. It is constructed with an Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic (EIRT) shell and a multi-density EPS liner for safety. Key features include a Pinlock MaxVision ready shield, an internal sun visor, and a sophisticated ventilation system. The Cygnus will be available in five options with four colour variants (Black, White, Metallic Grey, Nardo Grey) and sizes ranging from XS to XXXL.
For long-distance riders, the Delta Tour is a demi-jet helmet with extended chin coverage, a dual visor system, and speaker pockets for Bluetooth devices. It will be offered in five colours and sizes S to XXL.
The Delta City is designed for urban commuters, featuring a lightweight EIRT shell, multiple air vents, and a moisture-wicking interior. It will come in gloss and matt finishes across five colours, with sizes from XS to XXL.
As per SMK, this global debut at EICMA received positive feedback from the international audience. Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, Managing Director of Studds Accessories Ltd., stated that the new series merges international safety standards with innovative designs. The launch in India will expand SMK's portfolio, which already includes models like the Ares and Nova.
