Suzuki Motorcycle India reported total sales of 1,17,514 units in April 2026, marking a 4% year-on-year increase.
Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) has reported total sales of 1,17,514 units in April 2026, registering a 4% year-on-year growth compared to 1,12,948 units sold in April 2025. Domestic sales stood at 98,004 units, up 3% from 95,214 units in the same month last year. Exports saw stronger growth, rising 10% to 19,510 units from 17,734 units a year ago.
The company said the steady start to the financial year reflects consistent demand across both domestic and international markets. In addition to vehicle sales, SMIPL’s spare parts business recorded revenue of ₹915.90 million in April 2026, marking a 14% increase over the previous year.
During the month, Suzuki Motorcycle India also marked 20 years of production in the country, highlighting its long-term commitment to the Indian market. The company expanded its product portfolio with the launch of the Burgman Street ‘One and Only’ edition and introduced a new colour option for the Avenis Special Edition.
Customer engagement initiatives remained a focus, with the company hosting the Suzuki Matsuri festival in Mumbai and organising the V-Strom Experience Day in Kolkata.
Suzuki also achieved record entries in the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records for the largest gathering and highest single-day delivery of Burgman scooters.
Suzuki Motorcycle India's 2026 portfolio is dominated by 125 cc scooters and performance motorcycles, ranging from the popular Access 125 and Gixxer series to the iconic Hayabusa. Key offerings include the V-Strom SX, Avenis, Burgman Street, and high-performance big bikes like the GSX-8R and V-Strom 800 DE.
