Suzuki Swift AllGrip FX Revealed In The Netherlands; Is This The Swift India Needs?

Suzuki Netherlands has introduced a new special edition for the Swift, called the Swift AllGrip FX. The FX stands for ‘Fun’ and ‘eXplorer’ and is an all-wheel drive version of the Swift hatchback, which also gets a few off-road-specific accessories. Unfortunately, India won't receive this, EVER. 

All Swift AllGrip models have a higher ground clearance, and the FX is no different. Along with new off-road-specific tyres, the FX is 32 mm taller than the standard Swift. Suzuki Netherlands claims the Swift AllGrip FX can manage light off-roading and gravel tracks. 

The Swift AllGrip FX gets a Thule roof rack, all-season tyres, blacked-out alloy wheels and wheel arch trims, black Suzuki badging and logos, LED Lightbar, leatherette interior and rubber floor mats. The Swift AllGrip FX also has a beige exterior colour called Pearl Caravan Ivory. 

The all-wheel drive Swift has the same engine as the regular Swift, which means the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine produces 82 bhp and 112 Nm mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
