Currently, Tata Motors has only announced the price for the Empowered 75 AWD variant.
Tata Motors has officially announced the price of the all-wheel drive (AWD) variant of the Harrier EV, marking the completion of the SUV’s variant-wise pricing structure. The QWD variants — Tata’s branding for its dual-motor AWD system — are exclusively offered in the fully-loaded ‘Empowered’ trim and carry an ex-showroom price of ₹28.99 lakh.
Variant | Prices (ex-showroom, India) |
---|---|
Adventure 65 | ₹21.49 lakh |
Adventure 65 S | ₹21.99 lakh |
Fearless+ 65 | ₹23.99 lakh |
Fearless+ 75 | ₹24.99 lakh |
Empowered 75 | ₹27.49 lakh |
Empowered 75 AWD | ₹28.99 lakh |
This announcement follows the pricing of the Harrier EV, which starts at ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the entry-level RWD model. With the launch of the QWD trim, Tata Motors is now offering the Harrier EV in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations, catering to a wider range of buyers.
The highlight of the QWD variant is its dual-motor setup, which adds a 156 bhp electric motor to the front axle. Combined with the existing rear motor, the system produces over 300 bhp and 504 Nm of peak torque. This marks a significant increase over the RWD Harrier EV, which makes 235 bhp and is available with both 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery pack options.
The QWD variant, however, is offered solely with the larger 75 kWh battery. Tata Motors claims an ARAI-certified range of 622 km for this version, though the company acknowledges that real-world range is expected to be between 460 and 490 km, depending on usage and conditions.
The Empowered QWD trim stands as Tata’s most feature-loaded electric SUV to date. Exclusive to the AWD variant are six terrain response modes, a transparent bonnet view via the 360-degree camera setup, and off-road cruise control—features clearly aimed at enhancing its off-road credentials.
Other equipment includes a 14.53-inch Neo QLED touchscreen infotainment system, multi-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, remote parking functionality, and dual dash cameras (front and rear). Safety and convenience are further elevated with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), 360-degree cameras, and JBL Black speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
