Tata Punch Facelift Colour Options, Variants, Features, Revealed Ahead of Launch

Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the Punch facelift on 13 January 2026. The homegrown carmaker has teased the same on its social media platforms on multiple occasions. The updated design of the Punch was revealed in one of the recent social media posts. The company has now revealed the colour options to be available on the new Punch.

Tata Punch Facelift Colour Options

Tata will be offering six exterior colour schemes for the upcoming iteration of Punch. These include Cyantific, Daytona Grey, Caramel, Coorg Clouds, Bengal Rouge, and Pristine White. The last three options have been carried over from the Tata Sierra. In the process, Tata has discontinued two colour options from the existing palette including Tornado Blue and Calypso Red.

Tata Punch Facelift Variants & Features

Tata Motors has also revealed that the Punch facelift will be offered in six broad variants namely Smart, Pure, Pure Plus, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished Plus S. The company has also mentioned some of key variant-wise features to be available in the updated Punch. In the base Smart trim, the Punch facelift will come equipped with features like six airbags, LED headlamps, drive modes (Eco and City), ESP, remote keyless entry, iTPMS, and what Tata calls a ‘Corporate steering wheel’.

The Pure variant adds features such as rear AC vents, steering-mounted controls, a rear defogger, and a day/night IRVM. Stepping up to the Pure+ trim, the Punch facelift gains an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reverse parking camera, cruise control, a Type-C fast charger, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.

Next in the line-up is the Adventure variant, which brings a more comprehensive feature set, including a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, push-button start, a rear wiper and washer, automatic climate control, 15-inch styled steel wheels, automatic headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers. The 2026 Punch facelift Accomplished variant further elevates the offering with 16-inch alloy wheels, a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, LED DRLs, LED taillamps, extended thigh support for the seats, and automatic climate control.

Sitting at the top of the range, the Accomplished+ variant is equipped with a voice-assisted electric sunroof, a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless phone charger, an auto-dimming IRVM, and Tata’s iRA connected car technology.

Tata Punch Facelift Powertrain

In its facelifted avatar, the Tata Punch will be offered with two petrol engine options: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated unit and a 1.2-litre turbocharged unit. The former kicks out 85 bhp and 115 NM of peak torque. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual and AMT. This engine is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit in a detuned state producing 72 bhp and 103 Nm. 

The 1.2-litre turbo petrol mill will be a new addition to the lineup, borrowed from the Altroz Racer and Nexon. This engine is expected to produce 118 bhp and 170 Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual gearbox is confirmed with this unit but there’s no word on an automatic gearbox yet.
