Ultraviolette has unveiled a new AI-powered voice assistant called Violette, developed in partnership with SoundHound, at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The company’s demonstrations included controlling various functions of the F77 with natural-language voice prompts. The Violette AI voice assistant can be invoked using a helmet with integrated audio capabilities, which the company says helps reduce distractions and improve access to information without a rider having to take their eyes off the road.
When rolled out in production, riders will be able to activate riding modes, initiate navigation, and ask real-time user manual queries including recommended tyre pressure, service instructions, and how-to guides. Other features that can be accessed via voice include pre-ride checks, ride statistics, proactive alerts, and service alerts.
Current features of Violette AI include movement, fall, and towing alerts. Using a cloud-connected system, owners can receive smartphone notifications even when their bike is turned off. Other smart features of the F77 include blind spot detection, an anti-collision warning system, overtake alerts, hill hold assist, remote immobilisation, ride analytics, charge limiting, diagnostics, and dynamic stability control.
In a press statement, Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and Co-founder, Ultraviolette said, “We believe AI is going to play a pivotal role in enhancing rider safety. As a technology-first company in the mobility space, our mission has always been to redefine the riding experience by fusing cutting-edge engineering with intelligent systems. The integration of Violette AI with Soundhound AI marks a significant step in advancing human–machine interaction”.
“Artificial Intelligence plays a crucial role in elevating the riding experience by anticipating rider needs, simplifying complex interactions, and delivering information instantly and safely. Violette AI represents a huge step in that direction, where every command, every query, and every interaction enhances rider confidence, safety, and comfort”, said Niraj Rajmohan, Ultraviolette CTO and Co-founder.
