Ultraviolette will be rolling out this new ride mode via Over-The-Air updates.
Ultraviolette Automotive has silently updated its flagship offering, the F77, for 2025 for more performance. Wherein the no-holds-barred Ballistic ride mode has been retuned for quicker acceleration, and it will now be called Ballistic+. This new ride mode will be available to all F77 owners, starting from the Gen 1, and Ultraviolette will roll it out via Over The Air updates for free. While the top speed of the F77 remains the same at 155 kmph, we expect it’s 0-100 kmph acceleration timing will now be quicker than the previous 7.7 seconds.
Ultraviolette has also rejigged the overall acceleration prowess of the F77 after having accumulated riding data of more than 80 lakh km from both Indian and European riders. The latter group got hold of their F77s, recently, and based on Europe’s high speed riding analysis, the Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer has made the low and mid surge power delivery more prominent.

Both the above introductions have come without any change to battery size or electric motor. The Ultraviolette F77 continues to be powered by the same 10.2 kWh ‘SRB10’ battery pack paired to a mid-mounted electric motor good for 40 bhp and 100 Nm of peak torque at the wheel. With the battery fully charged, the F77 Mach 2 can do 323 km (IDC-claimed) of range, and it is available with the choice of three charger options – Standard, Boost and Supernova+. Standard takes 3 hours to charge, Boost takes 1.5 hours, and Supernova can charge the full battery in just 1 hour.
The new feature will start rolling out to all existing F77 owners by the end of this month. All that you are required to do is connect the bike to your phone, and accept the update request. Post which, your UV F77 will be up to date.
