Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer VinFast has opened its 50th dealership in India, choosing Bengaluru's Electronic City corridor for the milestone outlet as the company pushes ahead with one of the more aggressive retail expansion programmes in the country's fast-growing EV market. The new 3S facility, covering sales, service and spare parts, sits on Hosur Road and has been developed by dealer group PPS Motors LLP, led by Raaj Sekar.
Spanning more than 11,500 sq ft, the site brings together showroom and service operations under one roof, built to VinFast's global retail specifications. The showroom floor itself occupies 2,500 sq ft, designed with what the company describes as a modern premium aesthetic aimed at giving prospective buyers a hands-on brand experience.
The Bengaluru opening is part of a wider push to reach 75 dealerships across more than 60 Indian cities before the end of the year. The rollout is not limited to major metropolitan areas, VinFast said it intends to move into emerging urban markets as part of its stated goal of making premium electric mobility available beyond the country's largest cities.
"We have attained a key milestone with 50 showrooms established nationwide, reflecting our accelerated expansion and resolute commitment to strengthening our brand presence across the country. The opening of our flagship 3S facility in Bengaluru builds on this progress, delivering integrated excellence in sales, service, and spare parts to meet customer needs effectively. This rapid growth underscores VinFast's pivotal role in advancing India's electric vehicle ecosystem," Tapan Ghosh, chief executive of VinFast India, said in a statement.

Both vehicles come with three years of free maintenance and warranty terms of up to ten years or 200,000 kilometres, depending on the variant.
To reduce the financial hesitancy that has historically slowed EV uptake, VinFast has introduced several ownership incentives. Its Value Assured programme offers buyers a guaranteed resale value after a set period, addressing one of the more persistent concerns around electric vehicle ownership in India.
Buyers also receive free charging on the company's V-Green network until March 2029, a benefit VinFast frames as up to three years of zero fuel costs.
Parent company Vingroup is separately running a "Trade Gas for Electric" scheme, offering an additional three per cent discount until 31 March 2026 to encourage drivers to switch from petrol and diesel vehicles. Beyond retail, VinFast said it is working to build out a broader EV ecosystem in India covering manufacturing, charging infrastructure, after-sales support and battery recycling, developed in partnership with banks and industry partners.
