The EX90 will be the most expensive electric car in Volvo India’s lineup.
Volvo will launch its flagship electric SUV, the EX90, in India in 2026. The EX90 will become the third fully electric model in Volvo's Indian portfolio, following the previously introduced EC40 and EX30.
While the EX90 manages to set itself apart from the petrol-powered XC90 with subtle visual changes. The front fascia features a blanked-off grille prominently displaying the Volvo logo, flanked by a sleeker pair of LED daytime running lights (DRLs) in the brand's signature 'Thor's Hammer' design and vertically stacked LED headlamps.
The luxury SUV rides on 20-inch wheels to further optimise its commanding stance. At the rear, the design is highlighted by C-shaped LED taillights that extend into the tailgate, an integrated spoiler, and bold Volvo lettering.

The minimalist cabin is anchored by a massive 14.5-inch vertically mounted touchscreen infotainment system, complemented by a 9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13.2-inch Head-Up Display (HUD).
The vehicle is equipped with Level 3 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), reinforcing Volvo's long-standing commitment to passenger safety. Additional interior comforts and technical highlights include a four-zone climate control, 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology to power external devices, over-the-air (OTA) update capabilities, etc.
Upon its arrival, the EX90 is expected to carry an estimated ex-showroom price tag ranging between ₹1.00 crore and ₹1.30 crore.
