Youdha has expanded its electric commercial vehicle portfolio with the launch of the Trevo L5 electric cargo loader. Designed specifically for Indian roads and load conditions, the Trevo targets businesses and fleet operators seeking a practical alternative to conventional ICE-powered cargo three-wheelers.
Priced between ₹4.35 lakh and ₹4.75 lakh (both ex-showroom), the Youdha Trevo is positioned as a competitive and sustainable alternative for businesses transitioning to electric mobility, with a focus on lower running costs and zero tailpipe emissions.
The Youdha Trevo is engineered for high-payload urban and semi-urban logistics requirements. It is powered by a 10 kW electric motor and offers a top speed of 48 kmph, ensuring stable performance even under full-load conditions. The vehicle supports a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 1,200 kg and features a gradeability of up to 13 degrees, enabling it to navigate flyovers, ramps, and uneven city roads with ease.

To suit varied operational needs, the Trevo is offered with two battery configurations, including an 11.8 kWh fixed battery and an optional 7.6 kWh swappable battery. On a single charge, the cargo loader delivers a certified range of 130–150 km, while charging takes approximately 4 – 5 hours, helping operators minimise downtime.
Built around a robust metal body, the Trevo features a fully enclosed cabin with doors, enhancing driver safety and providing protection in all weather conditions. It rides on 4.50-10, 8PR tyres for improved durability and load-bearing capability. The cargo deck is available in half-deck configurations of 140 cu. ft. and 170 cu. ft., catering to a wide range of delivery applications.

A digital CAN-based instrument cluster provides real-time vehicle information and diagnostics, supporting better fleet monitoring and maintenance planning. The Trevo marks Youdha’s second product launch, following the market response to the Youdha EPOD electric three-wheeler. With the introduction of the Trevo, the company enters the electric cargo segment at a time when demand for efficient last-mile delivery solutions continues to grow across Indian cities.
Backing this expansion, Zuperia Auto, the parent company of Lohia and Youdha brands, has announced an investment of ₹20 crore to enhance manufacturing capacity, expand its dealer and service network, and accelerate production across passenger and cargo EV segments.
