The following are some of the key functions of the Haryana RTO under the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988:

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Form No. 60 or PAN Card

  • Custom clearance certificate if the vehicle is an imported one

  • NOC from the Excise and Taxation Department if the vehicle has been bought in another state

How to Check the Status of Registration Certificate (RC) Online in Haryana?

You can check the status of the Registration Certificate (RC) in Haryana RTO in both online and offline processes. Whenever you receive the application number of your acknowledgement receipt you can follow the below steps to check the status of your RC online:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Sarathi Parivahan.

Step 2: Under the top menu, move your cursor to the “Online Services” option.

Step 3: Select the “Vehicle-related services” option.

Step 4: Select your state, in this case, Haryana.

Step 5: Select the RTO city where you have applied for your Registration Certificate (RC) and double click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 6: Click on the “Status” tab.

Step 7: Go to the “Know Your Application Status” option.

Step 8: Now enter your application number exactly as it is given on your application receipt.

Step 9: Click on the “Submit” button and the portal shall display the application status of your Registration Certificate (RC).
