• Step 5: Find ‘Online Services’, under which you can click on ‘Vehicle Related Services’. 

• Step 6: Enter your ‘State’ and ‘RTO’ and click on ‘Proceed’.

• Step 7: Provide your ‘Vehicle Registration Number’ and the last five digits of the ‘Chassis Number’, then click on ‘Verify’. 

• Step 8: Select ‘Generate OTP’ to get an OTP to your registered mobile number.

• Step 9: Enter the OTP and select ‘Change of Address in RC’.

• Step 10: Fill all the given fields with correct details and upload the required documents.

• Step 11: Under ‘Book Appointment’, enter your application number and choose an appointment slot.

• Step 12: Go to ‘Fee details’ to pay the required charges.

Once all the steps are completed, you can take the printout of your application and the receipt of payment. Then, visit the selected RTO on the appointment date with the application, payment receipt and all required original documents.
