The best part of ACKO Drive’s service was their efficient diagnosis of a recurring issue with my car’s air conditioning. Other service centres kept refilling the coolant, but the problem would return. The technicians at ACKO Drive took the time to investigate properly and found the root cause: a small leak in the system. After their repair, I’ve had no issues, and it’s a relief to have it fixed for good finally."

I had an issue with my Hyundai i20 wheel alignment, and instead of just doing a quick fix, they thoroughly tested it before handing it back. It was reassuring to see such dedication. They even gave me  tips on how to avoid the same issue in the future. The overall service felt more personal, which I appreciated.

Staff response very nice. Car service starting to upto ending updates given time to time. Service progress of the car. Car pickup and dropping by the staff. Service very good. Overall service is excellent. I will encourage my friends to take the acko car policy. Lastly my suggestion is to give the clear instructions to creta service centers to respond acko insurence policy car owners.

I had booked a pick-up and drop service between 9 to 11 AM, but the vehicle was picked up at 7 AM, which was quite inconvenient – this affects the rating.
That aside, the overall servicing quality was good. I really appreciated the continuous updates with photos and prompt responses to all queries, thanks to Gautam.
Spare parts seemed slightly expensive compared to the local market, possibly due to OEM pricing.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service experience.

The service is excellent and response is good from claim process to repair. It is hassle free to raise a claim through app, and pick up the vehicle and drop service is very useful. Earlier for claim process, I need to take vehicle to workshop and wait for hours to complete the claim process. Now it is at the comfort of home with Acko. Certaimly I want to use Acko for regular servicing also. The charges also reasonable. Certainly I recommend Acko insurance for others..

Took Acko insurance in Nov 2024. Got the best IDV value for my car. Raised a claim for the car in Feb -2025, and the whole process was smooth with only necessary queries. The car was taken to *Acko service centre* for repairs and I can vouch for the workmanship. It was way better than the Authorised service centre's work which I had used in 2023 Jan during ICICI Lombard's claim which was lengthy , and lot of questions asked... Overall I would definitely suggest Acko to all
