The refreshed Alcazar will be launched on September 9.
Hyundai Motor India has officially revealed the 2024 Alcazar ahead of its launch on September 9, as well as opened bookings for the 6/7-seater SUV. Initially launched as an extended wheelbase version of the Creta, the 2024 Alcazar brings with it similar fascia along with several key changes to the interior and even the equipment list to help it rival the likes of the MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari and even Mahindra XUV700.

The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar now features an updated front fascia, including a new bumper, redesigned hood, skid plate, and a dark chrome grille. Additionally, H-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and quad-beam LED headlamps are carried over from the 2024 Hyundai Creta. The new 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, black cladding, and bridge-type roof rails are intended to complement the rugged yet elegant look. The rear of the 2024 Alcazar has also received a nip & tuck, with a redesigned tailgate, signature connected LED tail lamps, a new spoiler with an integrated stop lamp, and a refreshed bumper and skid plate design.

Inside, Hyundai has focused on providing a premium and spacious cabin experience. The 2024 Alcazar aims to cater to both urban commuters and adventure enthusiasts, with seating options for six or seven passengers. The cabin design prioritizes comfort and modernity while incorporating advanced technology. Hyundai claims that the SUV now offers over 70 connected car features.
The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar will come with two engine options. The first is a 1.5-litre turbocharged GDi petrol engine, available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). The second option is a 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel engine, offered with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

Safety remains a top priority for Hyundai with the Alcazar. The refreshed model now comes equipped with 40 standard safety features, along with more than 70 total safety features, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The updated Alcazar will be available in four variants- Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature along with a new exterior paint scheme- Robust Emerald Matte.
