However, this discount offer is not uniform across the country.
Kawasaki India is currently providing substantial discounts of up to ₹84,000 on the Ninja 300. Nevertheless, these promotional prices apply exclusively to the outgoing 2024 model, and the discount amounts differ significantly depending on location. Mumbai dealerships are offering this considerable discount of ₹84,000, Delhi showrooms are providing a standard ₹25,000 discount on the same outgoing model. Bangalore and Chennai have run out of stock, though. Therefore, if you're fortunate enough to have a nearby dealer with remaining stock of the previous 2024 Ninja 300, you may be able to take advantage of this offer. Otherwise, the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is available at all Indian showrooms for ₹3.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
That said, Kawasaki has made minimal changes to the Ninja 300 for 2025. The updates consist primarily of several new colour schemes featuring refreshed graphics and a restyled front end design. The 296cc parallel-twin engine remains fundamentally unchanged, continuing to deliver the same 38.9bhp and 26.1Nm of torque as its predecessor. Whilst the smallest Kawasaki available in India has received new projector headlights and a marginally larger windscreen for improved wind protection during touring, these minor modifications aside, the remainder of the motorcycle feels remarkably dated.
The Kawasaki Ninja 300 has already been withdrawn from European markets, leaving India as the sole remaining market where the bike continues to be sold. Perhaps if Kawasaki were to localise production of the Ninja 500 and reduce its price point, it would serve as a more competitive alternative to rivals such as the Aprilia RS 457, Yamaha R3, and KTM RC 390.
