The adventure tourer now looks sharper, but is mechanically unchanged.
Honda has been on a roll lately launching several premium bikes one after the other. The latest to join the bandwagon is the brand’s latest iteration of its middleweight adventure tourer, the XL750 Transalp. Priced at ₹11 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram) the 2025 Honda XL750 Transalp continues to arrive at the same price as earlier. While the bike has not undergone any critical mechanical or hardware changes at all, the current model does look sharper than before. This was achieved by fitting a new LED headlight unit. Further complementing this aesthetic change are two brand new colour options – Ross White and Graphite Black.
The 2025 XL750 Transalp continues to be powered by the same 755 cc, parallel-twin mill, which produces a healthy 91.7 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 75 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch available as standard. Additionally, with throttle-by-wire available here, the XL750 Transalp gets 5 ride modes – Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel and a customisable User mode. Traction control and dual-channel ABS are also available as standard.

One can access all these features via the 5-inch TFT console using a 4-way toggle joystick on the left handlebar. The TFT console supports Honda’s RoadSync app which gets you all the necessary connectivity features like call/SMS alert, voice control, music control, and turn-by-turn navigation.
While the 2025 Honda XL750 Transalp is built around the same lightweight steel diamond frame chassis, Honda has revised the Showa-sourced USD fork and rear monoshock. The company claims that the rebound damping at the front is now a bit more on the softer side, while the rear shock has been firmed up for better overall composure.
Bookings for the 2025 Honda XL750 Transalp have commenced from today, while deliveries will start from July onwards. In the Indian market, the Honda XL750 Transalp will compete against the likes of the Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE, KTM 890 Adventure R, BMW F 900 GS, and the Triumph Tiger Sport 660.
