While the retro appeal of the Yezdi Roadster remains unchanged, there are a few tasteful changes.

Classic Legends-owned Yezdi Motorcycles has revamped its entry-level bike to give us the 2025 Roadster. Launched from ₹2.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), onwards the asking price of the bike has not changed, which is quite interesting given the slew of subtle upgrades that has been introduced here. So, let’s check out what has changed:

Evolved Retro Appeal

Yezdi has not tampered with the Roadster’s retro aesthetic at all, however, there are a few subtle nips and tucks here and there which gives the bike a more evolved and muscular appeal. For starters, the rear fender has been chopped short, and the handlebar has been widened which should help make matters more comfortable on the seat. Yezdi is also offering several accessories out of which the new visor and headlight cowl makes the bike look like the Harley-Davidson Street Rod 750 from the front.

Updated Engine
The 2025 Yezdi Roadster is now powered by the updated 334 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Alpha2 engine. This mill was first introduced to the Jawa 350, and on the Roadster it has been tuned to produce 28.60 bhp and 30 Nm. While the power figure has remained the same, torque has increased by a minute 0.6 Nm. The engine continues to be paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and it boasts a gear-based mapping for better low-torque grunt.

Same Hardware But Retuned

The 2025 Yezdi Roadster is built around the same dual-cradle chassis as before that is supported by the same telescopic fork and dual-shock absorber. But Yezdi says that it has recalibrated the suspension for better comfort. Has that made the Yezdi Roadster more comfortable than before, remains to be seen. However, the seat height of the bike has increased by 5 mm and it is now set at 795 mm, but that hasn’t affected the ergonomics much. Check out the reel below:

New Colours And Just Two Variants

The 2025 Yezdi Roadster has been launched in two variants: Standard and Premium. The former is available with the choice of four colours – Sharkskin Blue, Smoke Grey, Bloodrush Maroon, and Savage Green. While the Premium variant is only available in an all-matte black shade called Shadow Black, plus it will also get the turn indicator-integrated tail light that Yezid teased the bike earlier. While the Standard variant will be available with fender integrated tail light.

Besides these upgrades, the rest of the bike has remained the same. There are no new features as well, and it continues to boast the same fully digital round instrument console which gets no connectivity features.

The Yezdi Roadster will compete against the likes of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Hunter 350, and the Honda CB350.
