Updates in the 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa are expected to be carried over to the India-spec model in the near future.
Suzuki has unveiled the 2026 Hayabusa with a set of subtle yet critical updates in the United Kingdom. In its latest iteration, the iconic supersport tourer gets small mechanical and electronic updates that are slated to improve the overall riding experience. At the same time, it also gets some minor cosmetic updates to give it a fresh appeal.
For 2026, Suzuki has tweaked Hayabusa's selectable throttle maps that has resulted in torque boost in the lower rev ranges. This is expected to deliver stronger acceleration and better rideability in everyday conditions. Not just mechanical, Suzuki has made some tweaks to the electronics as well. The cruise control system has been updated to stay engaged even during gear shifts when the bi-directional quickshifter is in use.
Further, the launch control system of the Hayabusa has also been refined, and the battery replaced with a lighter Lithium Ion battery. As for cosmetics, the 2026 Hayabusa will be offered in two colour schemes: a gloss black with dark red infill panels and a white with blue accents. The technical updates mentioned above also extend to the recently-introduced Hayabusa Special Edition that wears an exclusive blue-and-white paint scheme.

Finally, Suzuki UK is offering an optional Akrapovič exhaust system at a reduced add-on price of £1,999 (approx. ₹2.31 lakh) — significantly lower than its usual £3,025 (₹3.50 lakh) retail price.
The rest of the motorcycle remains untouched. The Hayabusa continues to draw power from a 1,340 cc inline-four, liquid-cooled engine that dishes out 190 bhp and 150 Nm of peak torque. This power mill is paired with a 6-speed gearbox that comes with a bi-directional quickshifter. In India, the Suzuki Hayabusa is currently priced at Rs. 18.06 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). We expect the changes in the 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa to make it to the India-spec model as well in the near future.
