Amazon has officially confirmed that its highly anticipated Great Indian Festival sale will kick off on September 27, 2024, coinciding with Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale. Amazon Prime members will enjoy early access starting at midnight on September 26.
The e-commerce giant has yet to announce an end date but has confirmed that the sale will run for a month, concluding in late October. This extended period promises ample time for shoppers to take advantage of numerous deals and discounts.
Smartphone enthusiasts can look forward to significant price cuts on popular models. The sale will feature up to 40% discounts on mobile phones and accessories, with 5G devices starting at just Rs. 8,999. Notable offers are expected on flagship devices such as the iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the innovative Galaxy Z Flip 6.
Additional benefits include no-cost EMI options; exchange offers with savings up to Rs. 65,000 and extended warranty plans of up to 3 years on select products.
Amazon has partnered with SBI to offer a 10% instant discount on credit and debit card transactions, including EMI purchases. Amazon Pay users can enjoy a flat Rs 100 cashback on minimum orders of Rs. 1,000 using Amazon Pay UPI.
The sale is expected to feature attractive discounts on other popular smartphones, including the Xiaomi 14 Civi, OnePlus 12 series, and Motorola's latest Razr 50 foldable series. Budget-conscious shoppers can look forward to offers from brands like Tecno, Itel, Oppo, and Vivo.
Customers can turn to Rufus, Amazon's AI shopping assistant, for personalised shopping assistance. Launched in beta in August, Rufus is now available to all Amazon customers in the mobile app, offering expert product recommendations and comparisons.
