Ather’s Service Carnival offers a free 15-point check-up and discounts at the brand’s 400+ centres.
Ather Energy Limited has announced the Nationwide Ather Service Carnival, scheduled from October 9th to 18th.
The event targets customers across the company’s 400-plus service centres, offering a free 15-point vehicle health check-up covering brakes, tyres, suspension, and electronics. Discounts include 10% off on labour and brake pads, 15% on painted parts, and 20% on polish services. Customers can book appointments at their nearest centre.
The initiative aims to prepare scooters for the festive season. Ather’s service network, reported at 400 centres as of September 30, 2025, supports this effort. The company also promotes additional services like Ather Care plans, ExpressCare, and Gold Service Centres, which provide faster maintenance without extra charges. These centres operate alongside the existing network.
Ather is expanding its retail presence, with 500 Experience Centres (ECs) operational by last month and a target of 700 by FY26. The company recently produced its 500,000th vehicle.
Manufacturing occurs at two Hosur, Tamil Nadu, plants (one for assembly, one for batteries) with a third facility, Factory 3.0, under construction in Bidkin, AURIC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
Founded in 2013 by Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain, Ather entered the market in 2018 with its first scooter. Its current lineup includes the performance-focused Ather 450 series and the family-oriented Rizta, launched in 2024, offering eight variants.
