The Audi E SUV concept is powered by two electric motors delivering 500 kW of output, enabling acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in approximately five seconds.
Audi presented its electric vehicle lineup and concept models at the Auto Guangzhou 2025 expo, reinforcing its strategy in the Chinese market through partnerships with FAW and SAIC.
The carmaker unveiled the Audi A6L e-tron, the first all-electric version of its flagship sedan model for the Chinese market. The vehicle marks the third PPE platform model developed for China and expands Audi's offering in the premium C-segment. The A6L e-tron features an extended wheelbase of 3,060mm and is equipped with a 107 kWh battery that provides a range of up to 770 kilometres based on CLTC testing standards.
The A6L e-tron includes an 800-volt charging system that can deliver 320 kilometres of range in ten minutes at charging stations. The model offers a China-specific infotainment system and driver assistance systems tailored for Chinese customers. Production of the A6L e-tron takes place at the Audi FAW NEV Company manufacturing facility in Changchun.

Audi also displayed the Audi E SUV concept, a preview of the second production model from the brand, established jointly with SAIC. The concept measures 5,057mm in length and offers a wheelbase of 3,060mm, positioning it as a model in the premium SUV segment. The Audi E SUV concept is powered by two electric motors delivering 500 kW of output, enabling acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in approximately five seconds. The vehicle carries a 109 kWh battery that supports over 700 kilometres of range based on CLTC standards.
The SUV features the Audi 360 Driving Assist System, which includes driver assistance functions calibrated for Chinese traffic and driving conditions. The 800-volt architecture supports ten-minute charging sessions that provide 320 kilometres of driving range.
According to Gernot Döllner, CEO of Audi AG, Audi has launched five new models in China during the second half of 2025. "We have realigned our setup in China for the future. With our two partners FAW and SAIC and with two brands, the largest model initiative in our company's history is gaining momentum," Döllner said in a statement.

The carmaker also manufactures the Audi A6L with a combustion engine and the Q6L e-tron and Q6L Sportback e-tron electric models through its partnership with FAW. The Audi brand, launched in September 2025, already offers the E5 Sportback model and will expand its portfolio with the production version of the E SUV in 2026.
