Toyota sold more than 3.37 lakh units in the financial year 2024-25.

Toyota Kirloskar Motors registered sales of more than 3.37 lakh units in the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), witnessing a growth of 28 per cent compared to the same period last year. In March 2025, Toyota sold 30,043 units with an 11 per cent growth compared to March 2024. The monthly figure also includes 28,373 unit sales in India and 1,670 unit exports.

SUV and MPV sales of Toyota grew by 35 per cent, while exports grew by 59 per cent. Toyota also noticed a stronger presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The brand’s two popular models – Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Innova Hycross – breached the 1 lakh sales milestone in FY25 too. While Toyota hasn’t given the sales figures of the Land Cruiser and Camry Hybrid but said the two models helped increase sales.

Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business & Profit Enhancement, said, “Our multi-pathway approach, complemented by customer-centric initiatives like T-CARE has empowered us to deliver meaningful value at every stage of the ownership journey. This, in turn, has created strong opportunities for us while establishing a solid foundation for the coming year, even amid intensifying competition and rising consumer expectations.”

The Urban Cruiser Taisor, launched at the start of FY25, helped Toyota gain some momentum in the mass-market segment, aided by the increasing demand for the Hyryder and Hycross. Other launches for Toyota in FY25 included the updated Land Cruiser and the new Camry.
