Bentley Unveils All-Electric Torcal SUV with 876 bhp and 600 km Range

British luxury automaker Bentley has officially revealed the all-new Torcal, marking the brand's inaugural fully electric vehicle. Available in standard and high-performance Torcal S variants, the electric SUV introduces Bentley's new design direction, advanced chassis technology, and sustainable interior materials as the marque transitions toward an all-electric portfolio.

The vehicle offers a claimed WLTP driving range of up to 600 km, supported by an 800V charging architecture capable of replenishing the battery from 10 to 80% in 16 minutes.

Crafted by Bentley's design team in Crewe, the Torcal features a long wheelbase, short body overhangs, an illuminated front grille, and clean exterior surfaces with fewer character lines. The rear styling draws inspiration from the graphic treatment introduced on the EXP 15 concept car, while the front fascia proudly displays Bentley's newly updated brand emblem. Standard models ride on 21-inch wheels, whereas the Torcal S receives 22-inch wheels as standard, with aerodynamic 22-inch options also available.

Under the skin, the Torcal features Bentley's most powerful drivetrain to date, deploying a dual-motor setup that produces a combined 876 bhp and 1,350 Nm of torque. Utilising two permanent magnet synchronous motors, with the rear unit incorporating a multi-plate clutch and locking differential, the luxury SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds. Energy is supplied by a 113 kWh usable capacity 800V battery pack composed of 192 lithium-ion pouch cells.

Inside, the cabin retains Bentley's wing-shaped dashboard layout and physical switchgear alongside modern digital displays. The newly designed seats feature 16-way adjustment, heating, ventilation, adjustable bolsters, and massage functions, with optional Postural Adjust, Smart Seat Climate, and power-folding rear seats.

Sustainable material choices include Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified 100% Merino wool, Ombre Walnut trim made from recycled paper and wood off-cuts, and Sunburst Aluminium. Audio feedback is managed by the Bentley Dynamic Symphony digital system, complemented by a standard 16-speaker setup or an optional 28-speaker, 1,780W Naim sound system with Dolby Atmos.
