The anticipation for EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy this November is growing. The entire automotive community stays glued to the annual motoring exhibition for about a week that witnesses almost every major OEM across the world, especially in the two-wheeler space. This year is expected to be nothing different.
Chinese motorcycle brand Benda usually flies under the radar but at this edition of the EICMA, it plans on making some big announcements. According to reports, Benda is set to unveil 12 new bikes and seven new off-road vehicles at the upcoming EICMA. While the exact details of all bikes aren’t available yet, the recent online report reveals a fair bit about these motorcycles.
Recent teasers from Benda reveal that the company will present a “hybrid boxer-twin concept that could possibly take the shape of the upcoming shape of the BD250-3B. The biggest highlight of this new motorcycle is a compact 250 cc horizontally-opposed twin engine with a hybrid drive system.

Patent images of the bike surfaced a few months ago, revealing a design that seamlessly integrates internal combustion and hybrid powertrains housed within a modern-retro framework. While official specifications are still in the dark, reports from China indicate an A2-compliant power output of approximately 35 bhp, with the hybrid system expected to deliver significantly enhanced torque figures.
Then there’s the new flagship that is supposed to feature a 1,700 cc inline six-cylinder engine with internal dimensions that are similar to the BMW K1600 engine. While the piston diameter is said to be the same as the K1600 power plant, the stroke is slightly longer by 1.5mm, resulting in the increase in displacement.

The exact specs of the motor or nature of the bike is still unknown but the report suggests it’s most likely to be employed on some kind of a premium touring machine. Benda already employs a V4 engine in its lineup, powering the Dark Flag 500 and Dark Flag 500 Commander — both retro-styled cruisers producing a claimed 47 bhp. The V4 engine referenced by the company is likely the European-spec version of these models.
Finally, the company will make technological advancements in the field of air suspension, an electronic clutch option and a CVT bike. The air suspension technology will likely be carried over to the LFC700 Pro which is expected to head to European markets soon. The CVT-equipped model is expected to be the Chinchilla 350 CVT NEO, a modern-retro cruiser featuring a convenient twist-and-go transmission.
Meanwhile, the motorcycle with an electronic clutch is likely the Graystone 707, anticipated to offer an automated clutch system similar to those found on Honda’s E-Clutch and Yamaha’s Y-AMT technologies.
