Ola Electric's secretarial audit report states that the statutory auditors reported the two suspected employee frauds to the central government through e-form ADT-4 filings dated July 9, 2025, and June 4, 2026.

The FY2026 annual report released by Ola Electric has disclosed a second suspected employee fraud at its wholly owned subsidiary Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd (OET). The auditors reported two such offences involving more than ₹1 crore. The OET’s secretarial audit report states that the statutory auditors reported the two suspected employee frauds to the central government through e-form ADT-4 filings dated July 9, 2025, and June 4, 2026.

The first suspected fraud was disclosed in Ola Electric’s FY2025 annual report, whereas the second one appeared in the annual report, released in June this year. That said, the report did not disclose the employees who were involved in the fraud, the nature of the suspected fraud, or the amount involved in the case.
