Like the Roma, the Ferrari Amalfi will debut in coupé form, with a Spider or convertible version expected to follow a few years later.
Ferrari has announced the launch of its latest supercar — Amalfi — in India at a sticker price of ₹5.59 crore (ex-showroom). Interested customers can now make inquiries and bookings at any one of Ferrari’s dealerships. A successor to the Ferrari Roma, the Amalfi made its global debut in July last year. Deliveries of the supercar are expected to commence later this year or early next year.
Starting with the design, the changes in the Amalfi are evolutionary rather than radical over the Roma. The front end now aligns more closely with newer Ferrari models like the Purosangue, featuring slimmer headlamps connected by a black band that replaces the polarising ‘cheese grater’ grille. At the rear, the design has been refined with the number plate repositioned into the diffuser, a more upright tailgate that improves boot access, and slimmer LED taillights.

Inside the cabin, the 2+2 seating layout is retained, but the dashboard has been significantly simplified. The tall centre console and portrait touchscreen have been replaced in favour of a more conventional dashboard design with a landscape-oriented display running Ferrari’s latest software. A key update is the return of physical buttons on the steering wheel, replacing the previous capacitive touch controls.

The central console, finished in anodised aluminium, appears to float and houses key elements such as the gear selector, key slot, wireless charging pad and secondary controls. The door pulls feature a sail-inspired design that visually frames and reinforces the cabin’s dual-cockpit layout.

The Amalfi carries over the 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine from the Roma but pumps out an additional 19 horses. This motor dishes out 630 bhp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 760 Nm at 3000–5750 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox. As for performance, the Ferrari Amalfi can clock a top speed of 230 kmph and can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds. Additionally, it incorporates a new brake-by-wire system known as 'ABS Evo'.
