The retail box for the Pixel 8 has been unveiled, showcasing the phone's rear cameras as its main feature.
The Google Pixel 8 is set to launch later this week, and much has already been revealed about the phone. In anticipation of the launch, the retail box for the Pixel 8 has been unveiled, showcasing the phone's rear cameras as its main feature.
The box also reveals some of the device's specs, such as its 5G Sub-6 connectivity, 6.2-inch OLED screen, and 128GB storage SKU. However, it is hoped that Google will release other storage options for Indian customers. Additionally, a new colour option called Hazel will be available, and Google will include a charging cable and quick switch adapter. The Pixel 8's model code is G98QD.

Recently, the full specifications of the phone were leaked, including details about the camera hardware. The leak also revealed the Tensor G3 processor, which is Google's third-generation AI system-on-chip, manufactured by Samsung on its latest 4nm process. However, Samsung's fabs are considered to be inferior to TSMC's, which produces chips for devices like the iPhone 15 Pro and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 found in many Android phones this year.
In addition to the phones, Google will also introduce the second-generation Pixel Watch. This will mark the first time the Pixel Watch will be available in India. Over the past few months, Google has been working on improving the after-sales service for its smartphones in India through a partnership with F1 Solutions PVT Ltd, which also handles servicing for brands like Apple and Nothing.
Many are expecting the new Pixel smartphones to be among the best in the industry.
