The devices are likely to be available in global markets in the coming months.
Handset maker HMD unveiled multiple new devices at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona on Sunday, including two models made in collaboration with Spanish football club FC Barcelona. The HMD Barca Fusion and HMD Barca 3210 have been unveiled in partnership with the iconic club, and the company has also launched the HMD Fusion X1, a smartphone designed with parental controls for younger users. The company has also unveiled the HMD 2660 Flip, a reimagined classic aimed at rediscovering distraction-free communication.
The devices are likely to be available in global markets in the coming months.
The HMD 2660 Flip is bringing back the nostalgic clamshell design while housing contemporary features for today's users. The stylish device comes in three colour options: Twilight Violet, Raspberry Red, and Cosy Black.
The phone features a 2.8-inch QVGA main display when opened, complemented by a smaller 1.77-inch secondary screen on the exterior cover. The cover screen is protected by a Mohs 4 hardness surface and an additional pre-applied glass screen protector. The HMD 2660 Flip is equipped with a VGA rear camera and powered by a Unisoc T107 SoC paired with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of internal storage. There's a removable 1,450mAh battery, giving the classic flip phone advantage of battery swapping when needed.
Despite its retro form factor, the device offers 4G connectivity with dual SIM support. Additional features include an FM radio, MP3 player, Bluetooth 5.0 capability, expandable storage options, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio enthusiasts.
The HMD 2660 Flip also has an IP54 rating, providing reasonable protection against dust and water splashes.
The HMD Fusion X1 is the company's first smartphone specifically created with younger users' safety in mind. Powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, the device offers configurations with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Its 6.56-inch HD display supports a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and animations.
There's a 108-megapixel primary camera paired with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, while selfie enthusiasts will get a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. There's a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging support.
Following in the footsteps of last year's HMD Fusion, the X1 supports interchangeable "outfits" -- accessories that can be attached to customise the phone's appearance. What sets this model apart is its integration with HMD's Xplora parental controls service, offering features such as location tracking, contact approval, app restrictions with scheduling options, and real-time location monitoring.
The HMD Barca Fusion appears to be a specially themed version of the Fusion X1, featuring the same 108-megapixel primary camera while featuring compatibility with accessories like other Fusion models. This collector's edition comes with exclusive FC Barcelona content, including the official club app, custom sounds, wallpapers, and special greetings from current team members. Each device ships with a unique case featuring player signatures that glow dramatically under UV light.
The HMD Barca 3210 will be offered in team-inspired Blau and Grana colour options.
Meanwhile, the HMD Barca 3210 reimagines the classic Nokia 3210 with a football twist. While still fundamentally a feature phone without support for apps, it does offer 4G connectivity and comes preloaded with a Barcelona-themed version of the iconic Snake game.
The device includes what appears to be the same 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash found on the standard Nokia 3210.
