Honor Magic 6 Pro has officially launched as the company's latest flagship smartphone in India. It has all the hallmarks of being a formidable contender in the premium smartphone segment.
The Magic 6 Pro features a 6.8-inch quad-curved OLED display with a resolution of 2,800x1,280 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz. Honor claims a peak HDR brightness of 5,000 nits. The device is also IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
The Magic 6 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It runs on Honor's MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14.
The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with a variable aperture (f/1.4 to f/2.0), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 180-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. For selfies, there's a 50-megapixel front-facing camera complemented by a 3D depth sensor.
The Magic 6 Pro houses a 5,600mAh silicon-carbon battery supported by Honor's E1 power enhancement chip. Honor says this combination promises extended battery life, even in challenging low-temperature conditions. It supports 80W wired and 66W wireless charging, which Honor claims can fully charge the device in just 40 minutes.
The Honor Magic 6 Pro is available in Black and Epi Green colour options, priced at Rs 89,999 for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration. It will be available from August 15 through Amazon, Honor's official website, and select retail stores.
