Kawasaki India has introduced a slew of discounts worth up to ₹60,000 for three of its 650 cc motorcycles. These discounts have been introduced as part of Kawasaki India’s Good Time Voucher that customers can redeem against the ex-showroom price of the respective models. Moreover, this offer is also valid up until March 31, 2024 or till stocks last.
The Kawasaki Vulcan S has received the biggest discount of all three to the tune of ₹60,000 as against its ex-showroom price of ₹7.10 lakh. Post the discount, the cruiser motorcycle will be available at ₹6.50 lakh.
The brand’s entry-level adventure motorcycle receives the second biggest discount worth ₹45,000 redeemable against its ex-showroom price of ₹7.77 lakh. So for a limited period, the Kawasaki Versys 650 will be available at ₹7.32 lakh, which should give it an edge over its competition which includes the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 (ex-showroom, Delhi - ₹9.50 lakh), Honda NX500 (ex-showroom, Delhi - ₹5.90 lakh), and the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT (ex-showroom, Delhi - ₹7.45 lakh).
The Kawasaki Ninja 650 is available with the least discount of ₹30,000. Usually available at ₹7.16 lakh, the middleweight sport cruiser motorcycle will now be available at ₹6.86 lakh, till the end of the month.
All three motorcycles are powered by the same 650 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin mill, but they are available in three different tunes to suit their respective character. In the Vulcan 650, it produces 60 bhp and 62.4 Nm, and in the Versys 650 and Ninja 650 the engine has been tuned to produce 65.7 bhp/ 61 Nm and 67 bhp/ 64 Nm, respectively.
This price reduction comes after Kawasaki made three quick successive launches in the first two months of 2024. It started with the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, followed by the Eliminator 450, and lastly, the Ninja 500 which Kawasaki India introduced earlier this month. With the announcement of these new slews of discounts, the Kawasaki India line-up just became more attractive and approachable.
