Kia India has expanded its extended warranty program to seven years for the Seltos, Sonet, Syros, and Carens, up from the previous five-year option, the automaker announced on Monday. The extended coverage will apply to both new buyers and existing owners who currently have a five-year warranty.
Existing customers with a five-year extended warranty can upgrade to the additional two years of coverage for ₹32,170, excluding taxes. New customers can purchase the full seven-year extended warranty starting at ₹47,249, excluding taxes. The warranty can be purchased at any authorized Kia dealership in the country.
"By extending our warranty coverage up to seven years for both new and existing customers, we reaffirm our confidence in the durability and quality of our vehicles while providing continued support through our authorized service network," said Atul Sood, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kia India.
The extended warranty is calculated from the date of vehicle delivery and is serviced through Kia's authorized dealership network.
