Kia India Introduces New After Sales Program For The Sonet

Kia India has extended its aftersales flagship program, My Convenience Plus, to include the recently launched Sonet. This move aims to provide Sonet owners with comprehensive support and service, building upon the trust of over 2 lakh existing customers who have benefited from the program.

Under the My Convenience Plus program, Sonet owners can access a bundled package of essential services, such as Prepaid Maintenance (PPM), Extended Warranty (EW), and Roadside Assistance (RSA). Additionally, the program offers inflation protection to shield customers from any potential price hikes of parts and labour. Other complimentary services included in the program are Wheel Alignment, Balancing & Rotation, Tyre Alloy protection, and Scratch Care. Extended warranty coverage is offered for up to the 4th and 5th year, depending on the chosen plan, while RSA includes an initial one-year tyre alloy protection.

The cost of the My Convenience Plus program for Sonet owners starts from as low as 75 paise per km, depending on the chosen plan. This addition further enhances the value-for-money proposition of the Sonet, which already boasts competitive maintenance costs compared to its peers.

The program also offers a Scratch Care program for new Sonet owners, allowing them to avail of a scratch repair free of cost within the ownership period of 12 months from the date of sale. The My Convenience Plus program is available in two options: Premium (4 years) and Luxury (5 years), enabling customers to select the plan that best suits their needs.

The program can be purchased online through the MyKia app or offline at any authorized Kia dealer within 60 days of delivery. With pan India coverage and validity, the My Convenience Plus program aims to provide Sonet owners with a hassle-free ownership experience and significant savings of up to ₹ 7,000 over 4-5 years.
