KTM’s next-gen of single-cylinder Adventure bikes will debut with several significant upgrades.
KTM is all set to reveal it all about its next generation 390 Adventure, which will finally give us an idea about the basic capabilities on offer. The bike was already showcased in full glory, first at EICMA 2024, and later in India at the India Bike Week 2024.
A lot has changed with the new-gen 390 Adventure bikes and boasting a completely different look is just the tip of the iceberg here. It will be powered by the new 399 cc mill that debuted with the third-gen 390 Duke. But what remains to be seen is if KTM has tuned the motor and tweaked the power and torque output.
Beyond that, both the frame and the subframe have also undergone changes to suit the ADV’s character. The suspension components are now the proper long-travel kind which should make it ideal for proper off-roading. Along with that, tubeless spoke rims with 21-/17-inch wheels will keep matters practical. To make it more exclusive, KTM has also introduced a bunch of rider assist features, which are expected to enhance the riding experience further.
We have been eagerly waiting for KTM to launch the 390 Adventure for several months. We have already seen the bike, but the minute changes and new features that the brand has introduced are yet to be experienced. The KTM 390 Adventure and Adventure X are confirmed for launch in India, with prices likely to start from ₹3.30 lakh onwards. For the more hardcore version, we will have to wait a while for the 390 Enduro R.
