India sightings continue with new details about the suspension.
The upcoming KTM 390 Adventure Enduro has been spotted testing in India once again, revealing new details about the highly anticipated adventure motorcycle. This latest sighting confirms that KTM is gearing up for the launch of the new 390 Adventure, which is expected to be a major overhaul of the outgoing version.
The spy shots reveal a bike with sharp styling, including a big front fender, a chiselled tank design, and straight lines. The headlight is a single-piece LED unit, and the handlebar is raised for better ergonomics. The instrument console appears to be a fully digital unit, similar to the one on the KTM 390 Duke. It is different from the one that was seen on the other 390 Adventure test bike with the navigation unit.

The bike has an adjustable long-travel USD fork and offsets monoshock suspension from WP Suspension. This suspension setup is paired with spoke rims featuring a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear configuration, likely to be shod with the off-road-focused dual-purpose Reise trailR tyres, which were previously spotted in earlier spy shots. As evident from the spy shots, the 21-inch front tyre and adjustable suspension work in tandem.

The bike will be powered by the same 399cc engine as the KTM 390 Duke, producing 44.6 bhp and 39 Nm. The engine will be paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine tuning is expected to be similar, with some tweaks to the final drive for off-road suitability, possibly with a focus on low-end grunt.

The bike is expected to be priced around ₹3.55-3.60 lakh (ex-showroom). It will likely be launched in India during the Diwali festive period this year, with an official debut at EICMA 2024 (November 5-10, 2024). The 2024 KTM 390 Adventure will rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.
