Lexus ES 350h Hybrid Sedan Launched at ₹66.10 Lakh

Lexus has expanded its luxury vehicle offerings in India with the debut of the new ES 350h hybrid sedan. Assembled in India, the updated model introduces a fresh design language, larger physical dimensions, and an updated hybrid powertrain.

Notably, the electric version of this model, ES 500e, was launched in India in March 2026 at an ex-showroom price of ₹89.99 lakh.

The new ES 350h is offered in two trim levels. The entry-level Exquisite variant is priced at ₹66.10 lakh, while the higher-tier Luxury variant is available at ₹71.80 lakh. Reservations for the vehicle are currently open through Lexus Guest Experience Centres.

Lexus ES 350h Design

The exterior incorporates Lexus' latest design direction, featuring Twin L Signature Lamps at the front, Rear L Signature Lamps, and electronic door handles integrated with Safe Exit Assist.

The sedan measures 5,145 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,575 mm in height, built upon a 2,950 mm wheelbase and riding on 235/55 R19 tyres.

Available paint finishes include White Nova, Sonic Titanium, Sonic Chrome, Graphite Black, SOU, and Sonic Copper.

Lexus ES 350h Powertrain and Fuel Economy

Powering the ES 350h is a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine paired with a lithium-ion battery setup and a new eAxle. The internal combustion engine generates 186 bhp of power and 237 Nm of torque, complemented by a permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor outputting 159 bhp.

Operating as a self-charging hybrid system, the powertrain requires no external plug-in charging and achieves an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency rating of 25.22 kmpl.

Lexus ES 350h Interior and Features

Inside, the enlarged cabin utilises a Tazuna cockpit concept featuring a fully digital instrument cluster and a 14-inch high-definition touchscreen hosting the latest Lexus Interface. The interior also introduces Responsive Hidden Switches integrated directly into interior surfaces. 

Vehicle management is supported by the Lexus Connected application, allowing owners to view fuel levels and driving range, as well as remotely operate the engine, door locks, windows, sliding roof, and climate controls.

Lexus ES 350h Safety

Safety provisions consist of eight airbags, Pre-Collision System, All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Lane Departure Alert, Blind Spot Monitor, Automatic High Beam, Auto Emergency Brake, and ISOFIX with Top Tether anchors, with the Luxury variant adding a Drive Monitor.

Lexus also provides a five-year roadside assistance program alongside an eight-year or 2,00,000 km warranty covering both the vehicle and the hybrid battery. Ownership options include Lexus Luxury Care packages ranging from three years or 40,000 km to eight years or 1,60,000 km, alongside an Assured Buy Back Programme guaranteeing up to 65% residual value.
