Made-in-India Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Registers Robust Sales Growth In Europe

Earlier this year, Yamaha India started exporting the Ray ZR 125 to Europe. And within months the brand is already reaping the benefits from the same by garnering robust sales performance. Between January and July 2024, Yamaha India has already shipped 13,400 units of the scooter in 27 European countries. This is a major achievement for being the quality-conscious market that Europe is; the India-made Ray ZR 125 garnering such a positive response reflects the standards that Indian Yamaha Motor is adhering to.

The Yamaha Ray ZR 125 in India is priced from ₹96,130 with the Matte Copper colour option. The scooter is also available with Matte Black and Light Grey Vermillion colour options, both of which are priced at ₹97,130 (all ex-showroom). Powered by Yamaha’s 125 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that is good for 8.08 bhp and 10.3 Nm, the Yamaha Ray ZR 125 is sold to Europe with the same spec. This includes major countries like the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland, Greece and Portugal.
