Mahindra and Mahindra announced its financial results for Q3 FY2025-26 (October - December 2025), and the automaker’s consolidated profit rose by 47 per cent to ₹4,674.64 crore. The auto giant reported a net profit of ₹3,180.58 crore during the same period in the last financial year.
The SUV-specialist’s operating revenue jumped 24 per cent in the last quarter to ₹51,579.95 crore, against ₹41,464.98 crore posted in Q3 FY2025. Mahindra’s standalone net profit increased to ₹3,931 crore in Q3 FY2026, a jump of 33 per cent year-on-year, over ₹2,964 crore achieved in the corresponding quarter last year.

Furthermore, the automaker revealed that the company’s Q3 SUV revenue market share improved by 90 bps at 24.1 per cent. Mahindra sold over 179,000 SUVs between October and December last year, registering a 26 per cent growth year-on-year. Sales in the LCV segment (under 3.5 tonne) increased by 20 per cent year-on-year to over 81,000 units. The market share was up by 10 bps y-o-y.
Mahindra’s consolidated revenue for the segment stood at ₹30,370 crore, an increment of 30 per cent. Meanwhile, consolidated Profit After Tax grew 42 per cent to ₹1,993 crore.
The auto giant had multiple launches in the last quarter, which helped encourage demand, amidst positive market sentiments in the wake of the GST reduction. The automaker introduced the new XEV 9S, Bolero, Bolero Neo, BE 6 Formula Edition, as well as the Bolero Camper and Bolero PikUp models. The Mahindra XUV 7XO was announced in the last quarter as well, while retail sales only began in January this year.
Mahindra also spoke about expanding production capacity to meet the growing demand. The automaker has already announced its new greenfield manufacturing facility in Nagpur with an investment of ₹15,000 crore. It’s also working on a new product line under the NU_IQ platform, which will arrive in 2027. The first models under NU_IQ will be produced at the Chakan plant with production subsequently shifting to the Nagpur facility in the future.
