AI-powered features, a 320 hp engine and connected technologies define Mahindra's new-generation heavy truck.
Mahindra Truck and Bus has expanded its heavy commercial vehicle portfolio with the launch of the new Mahindra Blazo i-TRK in India. Positioned as a modern heavy commercial truck, the new Blazo i-TRK has been developed to help fleet owners improve profitability through better fuel efficiency, lower operating costs and advanced fleet management technologies.
A key highlight of the new Blazo i-TRK is Mahindra's claim of up to 10 per cent better fuel efficiency, which could translate into additional savings of up to ₹15 lakh per truck over five years, depending on usage. The truck achieves this through a combination of technologies, including the new AI-powered iFuelSmart automatic drive mode, TurboMaxx turbocharger and OptiFuel air compressor. The AI system automatically selects the most efficient driving mode based on road conditions and load, reducing dependence on driver inputs.

Powering the entire Blazo i-TRK range is Mahindra's 7.2-litre mPower diesel engine that develops 320 bhp and 1,100 Nm of peak torque. Paired with a wide torque band, the engine is designed to improve drivability, reduce gear shifts and deliver better fuel economy during long-haul operations.
The truck also focuses on driver comfort with features such as a suspended driver's seat, factory-fitted air-conditioned cabin, Bluetooth-enabled infotainment system and cruise control. Fleet owners benefit from iMaxx 2.0, Mahindra's latest connected vehicle platform that offers real-time vehicle monitoring, predictive diagnostics, driver behaviour analysis and remote functions like ignition lock and AC management.

Mahindra is also backing the Blazo i-TRK with an industry-first 48-hour uptime guarantee, under which customers are eligible for compensation if the vehicle is not returned to service within the promised timeframe. The company has further strengthened its ownership package with extended warranty options, annual maintenance contracts, nationwide service support and the Now24x7 mobile app for service requests, spare parts ordering and roadside assistance.
With its focus on intelligent technology, fuel savings and fleet connectivity, the Mahindra Blazo i-TRK aims to set a new benchmark in India's heavy commercial vehicle segment.
