The new Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift has garnered over 50,000 bookings within 35 days of launch, and the automaker still has about 35,000 pending bookings to address.
The newly recently launched Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is off to a flying start with over 50,000 bookings received in just 35 days since launch. Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer for Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) revealed the development during the recent monthly sales call for August 2026. The company said that the new Brezza Turbo is garnering strong demand, supported by the new under-body CNG and the tried and tested 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine variants. Maruti further revealed that the company has total pending bookings of 1.80 lakh units as of August 2026.
Speaking about demand for the Brezza facelift, Partho Banerjee said, “35 days after the launch, we have got close to more than 50,000 plus bookings. And the best part is this, we have not launched one model, we have launched three models for different sets of customers - turbo, under-body CNG, and the 1.5-litre engine. All three are doing very well. We have close to 35,000 pending bookings and we have a waiting period of two months. Nevertheless, our production and supplier chain are working very hard to see to it that we are able to serve the vehicles during the festival period.”

Maruti Suzuki says SUVs contribute 32 per cent to the automaker’s total sales. The Brezza has been a consistent seller for the automaker and the facelift launched brought key upgrades to the subcompact SUV. The addition of a turbocharged petrol engine has been a long-time demand, albeit the model is only offered with a 6-speed manual transmission. The under-body CNG kit, much like the Victoris, liberates more bot capacity in the SUV, while the 1.5-litre NA petrol continues as is with manual and automatic transmission options.
Visually, the Brezza facelift has received subtle changes - a slimmer grille, a reworked bumper with silver inserts, faux skid plate and triangular surrounds on the LED fog lamps. The 16-inch alloys are new, while the rear sports a slightly reworked bumper. There are new colour options on the SUV.
The cabin sports a new brown leatherette upholstery with winged headrests, while the dashboard now gets a bigger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Other features include 64-colour ambient lighting, ventilated front seats and an air purifier, a 6-speaker ARKAMYS sound system, automatic climate control, head-up display and connected car tech. Maruti has introduced Level 1 ADAS on the Brezza facelift, and six airbags remain standard across all trims. Prices for the new Brezza start at ₹7.39 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base turbo model, which undercuts the 1.5-litre NA variants.
