Maruti Suzuki Registers Record Domestic Sales in July 2026

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has reported an all-time high domestic monthly sales performance for July 2026, dispatching 2,00,123 units across passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. 

Total monthly sales spanning domestic operations, OEM supplies, and overseas shipments reached 2,41,421 units, representing a 33.7% year-on-year growth compared to 1,80,526 units sold in July 2025.

In the domestic passenger vehicle segment, sales climbed 42.4% year-on-year to 1,96,203 units, up from 1,37,776 units in July 2025. Passenger car dispatches, comprising mini models like the Alto, Baleno, Swift, and WagonR, rose to 1,03,456 units. Meanwhile, utility vehicle volumes, encompassing the Brezza, Ertiga, Grand Vitara, Fronx, e Vitara, and Victoris, jumped 49.4% to 78,851 units.

In commercial and other operations, Eeco van sales grew to 13,896 units, while the Super Carry light commercial vehicle registered domestic dispatches of 3,920 units. Sales to other OEMs stood at 11,242 units, and exports totalled 30,056 units for the month.

Cumulative total sales for the April-July period of FY 27 reached 9,24,145 units, reflecting a 30.5% increase compared to 7,08,387 units in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
