Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced a historic achievement in its after-sales service operations, servicing over 24.5 lakh vehicles in a single month in May 2025. This record figure, encompassing paid services, free services, and running repairs, underscores the unparalleled scale of the company's service network, which currently boasts over 5,400 touchpoints across India.

Hisashi Takeuchi, MD & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, highlighted the dedication of their service teams and dealer partners as key to this success. He emphasised that accessible and quality after-sales service is crucial for customer satisfaction and retention. Maruti Suzuki plans to further expand its service network to 8,000 touchpoints by FY 2030-31, including 1,500 EV-enabled workshops for its upcoming electric vehicle line-up.

While direct monthly service figures for competitors aren't as readily available or comparable in the same way due to varying sales volumes and network sizes, Maruti Suzuki's sheer scale remains unmatched.
