The Waltz Edition comes with a few cosmetic updates and some new features.
Maruti Suzuki has launched a new special edition of the Wagon R called the Waltz Edition, with prices starting at ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom, India). This limited-edition model gets a few cosmetic updates and some new features.
The Waltz Edition gets exterior trim elements on the fog lamp housing, wheel arch cladding, bumper protectors, side skirts, body side moulding and chrome trims on the grille. Inside, it gets a 6.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a reverse parking camera, new seat covers as well as new floor mats.
The new limited edition model is available with the LXi, VXi and ZXi trims of the Wagon R. Depending on the variant, the Waltz Edition is available with either the 1.0-litre petrol engine, the 1.2-litre petrol engine as well as the factory-fitted CNG kit. It also comes with a choice of a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT (automatic transmission).
Maruti Suzuki said the Wagon R was its best-selling model in the financial year 2023-24 (FY24) with more than 2 lakh units sold. Ever since its debut in 1999, Maruti Suzuki has sold more than 32 lakh units of the hatchback.
