Ola Electric said more than 80 per cent of vehicles brought in for servicing are now dealt with on the same day.
Ola Electric on Wednesday reported a dramatic recovery in sales during March 2026, with vehicle registrations jumping to 10,117 units from just 3,973 in February which is a month-on-month increase of more than 154 per cent, according to government registration data from the Vahan portal. The domestic electric two-wheeler maker said daily orders broke through the 1,000-unit mark during the final week of March, with its market share also climbing back on a monthly basis.
The company credited the turnaround to a concerted effort to overhaul its after-sales service operations, which had drawn criticism from customers in recent months.
Ola Electric said more than 80 per cent of vehicles brought in for servicing are now dealt with on the same day, the result of better parts availability, quicker diagnostics and tighter management of its service network nationwide.
"We are seeing a clear inflection in demand, with daily orders scaling steadily through March and accelerating meaningfully in the final weeks. This momentum is being driven by the structural improvements in our service operations, which are now delivering faster turnaround times and a significantly better ownership experience," a company spokesperson was quoted as saying by ETAuto.
March also brought a significant milestone for the firm, which said it became the first electric vehicle brand in India to surpass one million cumulative registrations, based on Vahan figures.
