OnePlus has hosted its biggest launch event since the onset of the pandemic called Cloud 11. At the event, the Chinese smartphone maker has announced a slew of products like the OnePlus 11 smartphone, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, the OnePlus 11R, an addition to its U-series of smart TV and its first tablet called the OnePlus Pad.

The OnePlus 11 became one of the first phones to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 system on chip (SoC) which has debuted to rave reviews. It also features up to 16GB of RAM, and a camera system tuned by iconic photography expert Hasselblad with whom OnePlus has had a tie up since 2021. There are three cameras on the back with the primary one being a 50-megapixel sensor and the ultra-wide being a 48-megapixel snapper and an additional 32-megapixel telephoto sensor also being there. The phone also features a 5,000 mAh battery and a 6.7-inch qHD AMOLED LTPO screen with 120Hz refresh rate. The phone supports 100 watts wired charging and 80 watt wireless charging. The OnePlus 11 starts at Rs 56,999 for the 128GB model and goes up to Rs 61,999 for the 256GB model.

The Buds Pro 2 are the 2nd generation true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds by OnePlus which have not only been tuned by audio experts Dynaudio, but also have pre-sets calibrated by legendary film composer Hans Zimmer. These also feature active noise cancellation and also features removable ear tips. The Buds Pro 2 will cost Rs 11,999.

The OnePlus 11R is a more affordable option by the Chinese smartphone maker. It is more of a rehash of the OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus 10T smartphones which were based on the previous generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. This phone also doesn’t have a Hasselblad tuned camera system and the frame is made out of plastic instead of aluminium and glass. This phone also supports the 100 watt wired charging. The OnePlus 11R is only going to be sold in India and will start at a price of Rs 39,999.

The OnePlus Pad arguably is the most interesting product that is being launched. It features the very capable MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. It has an 11.6-inch screen that has a 2.8k resolution and supports a 144Hz refresh rate which is greater than the iPad Pro. It also supports technologies like Dolby Vision and HDR 10+. It features a 13-megapixel camera on the back and a 8-megapixel camera on the front and also support for a stylus. All day battery life is being promised with its 9,500 mAh battery. It will come with a keyboard and stylus in the box itself. Pricing hasn’t been announced and it will launch later in the year.

The OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro will be its first TV that will run Google TV out of the box. It is the successor to its first TV the Q1 Pro that was launched in 2019. It will likely also have a chipset from Mediatek as most TVs are powered by Mediatek silicon, though it should be faster than the older models. It used Quantum Dot technology and has a 70 watt speaker system which can rid the need of a sound bar. This TV will launch in March for Rs 99,999.

In addition to this, OnePlus also announced a Wi-Fi 5G hub and a mechanical keyboard that has been designed by Keychron. These products will also launch later in the year and there is no pricing information available on them.
