2026-Distinguished-Gentleman’s-Ride

Triumph Motorcycles celebrated the 2026 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride with 3,700 riders across 70 Indian cities.

Triumph Motorcycles has successfully concluded the 2026 edition of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride across India, marking the thirteenth consecutive year of its global partnership with the charity event. The ride, which advocates for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health, saw a significant increase in local participation this year. Over 3,700 riders took part across more than 70 cities, a notable expansion from the 46 towns involved in the 2025 edition.

During the event, participants dressed in formal attire and rode classic motorcycles to celebrate the spirit of camaraderie and purposeful riding. Globally, the movement united thousands of enthusiasts across 109 countries. In India, the expansion into 70 cities reflects the strength of the brand's growing dealership network and its ability to engage riders beyond traditional metropolitan markets.

Manik Nangia, the president of Probiking at Bajaj Auto Limited, stated that the ride has evolved into one of the most meaningful global movements in the motorcycling world. He noted that the milestone of 1 lakh motorcycles makes this edition particularly special, reflecting the rise of a discerning rider community that values craftsmanship and timeless design. As the manufacturer continues to expand its footprint, it remains focused on building one of the most engaged premium motorcycling ecosystems in the country.

Triumph Motorcycles recently achieved a new milestone in the Indian market, surpassing the landmark of 1 lakh sales for its 400 cc platform within 30 months of its debut. The 400 cc range has been instrumental in expanding the manufacturer's reach beyond traditional metropolitan hubs

Triumph recently reduced the engine capacity of its 400 platform to 349 cc to take advantage of India’s updated taxation structure. Although the motorcycles continue to be marketed under the 400 series nameplate, the company maintains that the marginal decrease in performance is a necessary trade off to achieve a more competitive entry price for consumers.
