Poco F6 with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 launched in India: Price and Specs

Poco has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the F6 5G, marking an entry into the upper echelons of the mid-range smartphone segment in India. The Poco F6 5G is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, making it the first device in the country to pack this powerful 4nm octa-core SoC. The phone claims to offer flagship-level performance for smooth gaming, multi-tasking and rendering demanding apps and content.

The Poco F6 features a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 2,400 nits. A Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer protects the display from everyday wear and tear.

The F6 has a dual rear camera system, headlined by a 50MP Sony sensor with OIS and EIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. There is a 20MP front camera to handle video calls as well.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is backed by up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, providing generous headroom for apps and files. In addition, a 4800mm2 liquid cooling system helps prevent overheating during intensive tasks.

The Poco F6 5G promises three Android updates and four years of security patches. It also supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 for fast, seamless connectivity.

A 5,000mAh battery comes with 90W wired charging that tops up in around 35 minutes using the included 120W adapter. The phone measures 7.8mm thick and weighs 179g.

The Poco F6 will be available on Flipkart starting May 29 starting at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, Rs 31,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant and Rs 33,999 for the 512GB storage variant.
