Porsche revealed its upcoming products for India, expanding its portfolio.
Porsche India started 2024 with the launch of the Porsche Panamera at ₹1.69 crore (ex-showroom, India) bringing in the third-generation avatar to the country. The company also announced that it sold 244 units in the first three months of 2024 (January- March), resulting in a growing popularity for the German marquee. The company also revealed its upcoming products for India, expanding its portfolio by introducing the Macan EV, Panamera GTS, Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe, as well as Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo, all slated to be introduced before the end of 2024.

Porsche Panamera GTS
Expected Launch: July 2024
Introducing the V8-powered Panamera GTS adds another dimension to Porsche's lineup in India. With its 4.0-litre twin-turbo engine, the Panamera GTS promises performance and is set to compete with rivals such as the Mercedes-AMG GT63 S e-Performance 4-door Coupe.
Porsche Cayenne/ Cayenne Coupe GTS
Expected Launch: September 2024
Additionally, Porsche enthusiasts can anticipate sportier GTS variants of the Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe, featuring the potent 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivering over 500 bhp. These models are expected to arrive in India after the arrival of the Panamera GTS.
Porsche Taycan/ Taycan Cross Turismo
Expected Launch: October 2024
The mid-life updates for the Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo will enhance its appeal, aligning with newer Porsche models. While retaining its current battery options, the refreshed model will likely bring incremental improvements in range and performance. These facelifts are scheduled for launch during the festive season, continuing to rival competitors like the Audi e-Tron GT.
Porsche Macan EV
Expected Launch: End Of 2024
One highly anticipated launch is the Macan EV, which will be Porsche's first legacy nameplate to go electric. Following its global debut, the electric SUV is expected to hit the Indian market soon after. Equipped with a 100 kWh battery pack and two motors, the Macan EV Turbo variant boasts a powerful performance, generating 610 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. With rapid charging capabilities of up to 270 kW, the Macan EV can recharge from 10 to 80 per cent in less than 22 minutes.
Porsche 911 Facelift
Expected Launch: End of 2024
Finally, the upcoming facelift for the 911 will introduce subtle styling revisions and, for the first time, hybrid powertrain options alongside petrol engines. Although details regarding the Indian pricing and variants are yet to be disclosed, the refreshed 911 is expected to compete with models such as the Mercedes-AMG GT and Jaguar F-Type V8 in the Indian market.
