ReiseMoto has been appointed as the authorised pan-India distributor for MT Helmets, marking a significant development in India’s premium motorcycle gear segment. The partnership, effective from 2026, aims to improve accessibility to globally recognised helmet technology for Indian riders.
With this move, ReiseMoto will oversee distribution, availability and brand presence for MT Helmets across the country. This comes shortly after ReiseMoto was designated as the official distributor for Italian motorcycle apparel and protection brand — Alpinestars — in India.
As part of this collaboration, ReiseMoto has introduced the MT Stinger 2 helmet in India at a starting price of ₹6,699. Positioned as a key product under the partnership, the Stinger 2 is designed to combine safety, technology and everyday usability. The helmet stands out in its segment by offering both a SHARP 5-star safety rating and compliance with ECE 22.06 certification, one of the latest and most stringent European safety standards. This dual certification underlines its focus on rider protection and reliability.

The MT Stinger 2 incorporates several advanced features aimed at enhancing rider convenience and safety. It comes equipped with the MT-QVSS visor system, allowing quick and seamless visor changes, and includes a micrometric double teeth closure system for secure fastening.
Additionally, the helmet is intercom-ready with compatibility for universal communication systems, reflecting a growing demand for connected riding experiences. Premium interiors with hypoallergenic, removable and washable liners further add to comfort and usability, especially for long-distance riders.

ReiseMoto’s expanding retail footprint is expected to play a crucial role in scaling MT Helmets’ presence in India. The company currently operates through a combination of physical retail stores, authorised partners and an e-commerce platform, enabling a wide reach across different customer segments.
With over 150 retail partners and a network of more than 3,000 dealers, the brand is well-positioned to ensure availability across metros as well as emerging markets. This extensive distribution ecosystem is likely to make premium riding gear more accessible to a broader audience.
ReiseMoto functions as the retail and community engagement arm of the broader Reise brand, which focuses on performance-driven motorcycle products. Its portfolio spans tyres, protective gear and accessories, developed with European engineering inputs and extensive testing.
