Four bespoke Cullinan SUVs draw on yachting design, each themed around a compass direction with unique finishes, materials and handcrafted nautical details.

Rolls-Royce has revealed a set of four bespoke Cullinan commissions under the “Cullinan Yachting” theme, inspired by modern maritime design. Each model represents a cardinal direction, North, South, East and West, with distinct interior and exterior treatments reflecting its orientation.

All four vehicles feature yacht-inspired detailing, including marine-grade teak elements, hand-painted nautical fascias and bespoke Starlight Headliners influenced by Mediterranean wind patterns. The commissions highlight the brand’s longstanding association with yachting culture and craftsmanship.

The interiors incorporate hand-painted artwork across the fascia and picnic tables, depicting the wake of a tender moving towards a yacht. Each design is unique, with the direction of the wake aligned to the theme of the respective vehicle. The fascia is finished in a bespoke metallic blue shade, while open-pore teak is used across key cabin surfaces for an authentic maritime feel. A marquetry compass motif, made using multiple wood veneers, features prominently at the rear.

Cabin upholstery is finished in Arctic White and Navy Blue leather, with bespoke stitching patterns inspired by nautical ropework. Additional thematic elements include illuminated treadplates with rope motifs and tailored embroidery reflecting marine craftsmanship.

Each model also receives a unique Starlight Headliner, combining static and animated fibre-optic lighting arranged to mimic Mediterranean wind currents.

Externally, each Cullinan Yachting model gets a distinct finish: North in Crystal over Light Blue, South in Crystal over Arabian Blue IV, East in Dark Silk Teal and West in Sapphire Gunmetal. Hand-painted compass motifs and dual coachlines further differentiate the four builds, alongside 22-inch polished alloy wheels.

Rolls-Royce says the collection draws from its deep-rooted connection with yachting, both in design philosophy and heritage, with influences ranging from historic racing yachts to coachbuilt commissions inspired by maritime themes.
